Modular Urban Oasis
The Parklet is an innovative way to build public gathering spaces right in the heart of the urban streetscape. Businesses and organizations with limited sidewalk space now have the unique ability to extend their atmosphere and aesthetic to the outdoors. The Parklet’s modular design allows each space to be built to suit any vision. With a galvanized steel frame and rugged, all-weather decking, this little urban oasis has the durability to last through all seasons.

The Parklet is a modular system consisting of 4’6” wide sections. The starter unit includes railings for each end of the Parklet in addition to its own streetside railing

MATERIALS:
Main Frame- 4” x 2” x 11g rectangle tube
Deck Panel- 4’ x 8’ x 1/2” Richlite R50
Railing Upright- 1.5” x 11g square tube
Railing Horizontals- 1/2” steel round bar
Hand Railing- 4” x 2” x 11g rectangle tube
FINISHES: Railings are powder coated only. Base is galvanized only.

An after fabrication hot dipped galvanized finish is our standard option.
- Powder Coat over Galvanized (Railings)
Our powder coat finish assures a high level of adhesion and durability by following these steps:
1. Sandblast
2. Epoxy primer electrostatically applied
3. Final thick TGIC polyester powder coat.
MOUNT OPTIONS:
Surface Only. The Dero Parklet rests on the installation surface. No drilling is required. It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that all base materials onto which the Dero Parklet will be installed can support the unit and will not be damaged by any required installation procedures.
