Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively to the Contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international inquiries, please contact us for a custom freight quote.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Any "Free Shipping" promotions apply only to the Contiguous US and standard delivery.

Processing, Handling, & Transit Times

Production & Lead Times: Most of our products are made to order. Production lead times vary by product — quick-ship items are typically ready in about 2 weeks, while larger made-to-order equipment can take 2–4 months. Please reach out to us for current lead times prior to ordering but we'll also email you a specific lead-time estimate right after you place your order.

Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri) via LTL Freight or Ground Carriers once your order ships.

Total Estimated Delivery: production lead time + transit — typically 2-3 weeks for quick-ship items, and up to 2–4 months for made-to-order equipment.

Carriers & Heavy Equipment Delivery

We utilize LTL Freight (for heavy machinery), UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

LTL Freight Note: For heavy equipment, delivery is "curbside" or to a loading dock. If you require Liftgate Service or residential delivery, please ensure these options are selected at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking has not updated or exceeds the estimated window:

Verify your shipping address on the order confirmation.
Allow 24 hours past the estimated delivery date for carrier updates.
