POURED IN PLACE RUBBER
Poured-in-place rubber surfacing (PIP) creates a dynamic and seamless surface with endless fitness design possibilities. Great for outdoor gyms and other recreational areas.
Known for being America's most popular poured rubber system for playgrounds, poured-in-place rubber is not only a smooth and colorful playground flooring option, but it is also a safe option. Engineered at certain depths, our poured-in-place flooring is designed to meet fall height requirements.

SYNTHETIC TURF
Synthetic turf is an athlete's most-preferred surface. It provides a natural-looking alternative to poured rubber. Fortunately, turf stays green all year long and won't require mowing.
TotTurf's synthetic turf is made for continuous play, leisure, and sport. Our synthetic turf systems feature a patented, innovative backing liner to prevent damage and enhance its durability. Synthetic turf does not require mowing, fertilizing or watering, so put away that mower, and PLAY!
Our synthetic turf meets fall cushioning requirements for safety compliance. The padded underlayment of our synthetic turf adds enough padding to help protect against falls.

RUBBER TILES
Rubber Tiles are effective for fitness because they provide appropriate attenuation that can be easier on athletes and training. They can also provide visual cues for fitness stations
Interlocking rubber tiles are designed for playground and recreational use. Made in the U.S., our rubber tiles are a durable and easy-to-clean option for safety surfacing.
The rubber tiles lock together to create a floating floor type effect to resist deforming in changing weather conditions. Ideal for indoor or outdoor areas, interlocking rubber tiles require a limited adhesive application to avoid installation mess.
- Rubber tiles are easy to clean and perfect for high traffic areas
- Available in a wide variety of colors
- Create checkerboard patterns or other basic designs
- Locking technology makes installation easy, prevents tile lifting, and ensures a snug fit for years to come

BONDED RUBBER
Our bonded rubber is an alternative to traditional poured rubber surfaces. It provides the same highly accessible one-piece surface but utilizes larger pieces than poured-in-place rubber.
It is poured onsite in a single-layer system that resembles bonded rubber mulch, achieving a natural appearance for your outdoor facility. It is porous, drains well, and dries quickly.
Some of our custom colors resemble wood fibers or other natural materials, but since the material is bonded together, it doesn’t require the same upkeep and maintenance. Our bonded rubber surfacing will not blow away or migrate outside the play area.

ENGINEERED WOOD FIBER LOOSE FILL
Engineered wood fiber (EWF) is a popular choice for playgrounds due to its lower initial investment. EWF provides for a natural look in a playground setting and provides approved attenuation up to 12'.
Once the newly installed EWF has settled, it forms a “knitted” layer that is designed to support a variety of mobility devices including wheelchairs, crutches, and walkers.
EWF does require ongoing raking and occasional topping off during its lifetime due to compaction and decomposition. This maintenance will help ensure the correct material depth of the playground wood fibers for compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
Features:
- Provides superior fall attenuation
- Lowest installation cost
- Attractive, natural look
