The Once A Beginner fitness course is ideally suited for athletes of all ages, but especially for those who are new to the world of fitness. 

All four pieces of exercise equipment included in this set are ‘Royal Double’ models, which means that each of them contains comprehensive and easily visible directions printed on each side which instruct users on how to properly use them, plus two matching exercise stations so that two people can use them at once.

This eliminates the awkward guessing for people who might not be familiar with how to properly use the machine, and allows people to exercise alongside a friend or trainer.

The set includes a Chin Up station, a Chest Press, a Sit Up Bench and a Lat Pulldown Station.

The Chin Up Station is a rigorous workout for the arm muscles, with bars that users can pull themselves up from.

The Chest Press strengthens pectoral muscles with two heavy handles that are moved back and forth.

The Sit Up Bench is a perfect place to lay down and use the abdominal muscles to sit back up.

Finally the Lat Pulldown focuses on the triceps by having users repeatedly lower heavy handles to their sides.

The variety of exercises that focus on different areas of the body make this a wonderful and well-rounded fitness set.

This equipment can be installed either inground or surface mounted onto concrete.

You will receive specific instructions with each piece of equipment purchased. Most of the equipment comes preassembled and will then be installed inground or surface mounted onto concrete. See footer/mounting instructions:

Delivery Appointment

You will receive a call from the freight carrier if your order was shipped LTL as they will need to speak with you to set up an appointment for delivery.

Important: Delivery Delays & Charges

Any delays or detentions in the delivery process may result in additional charges placed upon you, the consignee. We strongly advise you to be prepared with whatever you need to unload during the appointment window provided.

Unloading Options

• Liftgate Service - Usually provided if feasible.
• Hand Offload - If liftgate service is unavailable, freight companies typically allow hand unloading (requires breaking down the crate and unloading piece by piece, which can sometimes be done in conjunction with a liftgate). This is a commonly used method for many customers.
• Forklift Option - Some carriers allow us to have your package sent with a forklift included for an additional fee.
• Alternative Solutions - You may arrange unloading at a nearby location with a loading dock or pallet jack.

Playground Equipment warrants its original customer for as long as the original customer owns the product and uses the product with normal use, installation, and maintenance in accordance with published specifications to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, modified parts, or damage such as dents, scratches, fading/weathering, and normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover the cost of freight or labor for the removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts.

Claims & Coverage: Warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period. Replacement parts carry the applicable warranty from the date of shipment of the replacement part. Repair/Replacement orders for warranted products will be for the component part only (not the entire product). Contact us for a return authorization.

Warranty Terms: Warranties are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. A repaired or replacement part is covered only for the original warranty period. All warranties begin on the delivery date of the goods. Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to end users who purchase new products directly from OWS for personal or business use and not for the purpose of redistribution or re-sale. No other warranties apply.
