Similar to the Seated Chest Press and Seated Lat Pull, the Overhead Shoulder Press uses a portion of your body weight as resistance to develop strength in the chest, front of the shoulders and triceps. Our Overhead Shoulder Press provides a safe and efficient workout experience and one that can be enjoyed in the outdoors.

TriActive USA Fitness Equipment does not include any of the following:

Powder Coating Specification:
- Powder coating thickness 6-8 mils. Coatings are tested for 1000 hours of salt spray resistance.
