Kids will be beside themselves with joy once they lay eyes on Cypress Preserve, a pleasant escape from the daily trials of the world. This commercial grade structure is a new entry in the Fully Accessible line of playscapes. These installations feature pathways large enough for wheelchairs to enter, maneuver about, and fully rotate around. This allows children of all ability levels to stay and play together, regardless of whether they’re gathering along the upper tier or around the base of the structure.
Youth that love to scramble up climbing surfaces will enjoy the blocky Pixel Climber or the cool internal netting built into the Chimney Funnel Climber. Two slides topside include a Curve Slide and a smaller Left Turn Slide. And there’s no shortage of fun game panels scattered around.
Kiddos can form their first band when they collaborate on some sweet tunes via the close grouping of a Drum, Percussion, and Chime Panels. Or perhaps somebody will pretend to be a robot coming to life off the Bench Panel as a result of a little scientist close by powering their systems via the turning of the dazzlingly colored Gear Panel.

Delivery Appointment
You will receive a call from the freight carrier if your order was shipped LTL as they will need to speak with you to set up an appointment for delivery.
Important: Delivery Delays & Charges
Any delays or detentions in the delivery process may result in additional charges placed upon you, the consignee. We strongly advise you to be prepared with whatever you need to unload during the appointment window provided.

Unloading Options
- Liftgate Service - Usually provided if feasible.
- Hand Offload - If liftgate service is unavailable, freight companies typically allow hand unloading (requires breaking down the crate and unloading piece by piece, which can sometimes be done in conjunction with a liftgate). This is a commonly used method for many customers.
- Forklift Option - Some carriers allow us to have your package sent with a forklift included for an additional fee.
- Alternative Solutions - You may arrange unloading at a nearby location with a loading dock or pallet jack.

WARRANTY
Playground Equipment warrants its original customer for as long as the original customer owns the product and uses the product with normal use, installation, and maintenance in accordance with published specifications to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, modified parts, or damage such as dents, scratches, fading/weathering, and normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover the cost of freight or labor for the removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts.
Claims & Coverage: Warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period. Replacement parts carry the applicable warranty from the date of shipment of the replacement part. Repair/Replacement orders for warranted products will be for the component part only (not the entire product). Contact us for a return authorization.
Warranty Terms: Warranties are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. A repaired or replacement part is covered only for the original warranty period. All warranties begin on the delivery date of the goods. Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to end users who purchase new products directly from OWS for personal or business use and not for the purpose of redistribution or re-sale. No other warranties apply.
