Climbing, interactive games, a slide; the Patriots Point hits all of the major points needed for a fun playtime but in a compact package. Children will scurry through the trees and up the Jungle Climber to reach whatever adventures lie at the top.
The Tic-Tac-Toe Panel waits for them to engage in a simple game of wits. Spinning the cylinders round to show the classic “X” or “O”, children might transform into explorers trying to break into an ancient temple of unknown treasures! When they are done, a wave slide guides them back down to the bottom to begin their adventure again.
Underneath is a Ship’s Wheel to steer their imaginations to the next game. The Patriots Point comes in two standardized color palettes, Primary or Neutral. For those wishing for a customized structure, there is a rainbow of colors available to choose from..

Delivery Appointment
You will receive a call from the freight carrier if your order was shipped LTL as they will need to speak with you to set up an appointment for delivery.
Important: Delivery Delays & Charges
Any delays or detentions in the delivery process may result in additional charges placed upon you, the consignee. We strongly advise you to be prepared with whatever you need to unload during the appointment window provided.

Unloading Options
- Liftgate Service - Usually provided if feasible.
- Hand Offload - If liftgate service is unavailable, freight companies typically allow hand unloading (requires breaking down the crate and unloading piece by piece, which can sometimes be done in conjunction with a liftgate). This is a commonly used method for many customers.
- Forklift Option - Some carriers allow us to have your package sent with a forklift included for an additional fee.
- Alternative Solutions - You may arrange unloading at a nearby location with a loading dock or pallet jack.

WARRANTY
Playground Equipment warrants its original customer for as long as the original customer owns the product and uses the product with normal use, installation, and maintenance in accordance with published specifications to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, modified parts, or damage such as dents, scratches, fading/weathering, and normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover the cost of freight or labor for the removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts.
Claims & Coverage: Warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period. Replacement parts carry the applicable warranty from the date of shipment of the replacement part. Repair/Replacement orders for warranted products will be for the component part only (not the entire product). Contact us for a return authorization.
Warranty Terms: Warranties are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. A repaired or replacement part is covered only for the original warranty period. All warranties begin on the delivery date of the goods. Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to end users who purchase new products directly from OWS for personal or business use and not for the purpose of redistribution or re-sale. No other warranties apply.
