Many play structures are large, expansive, and contain a variety of amenities. They’re great for large areas that accommodate a wide range of children, but what about smaller areas?

Part of the Raindrop Imagination Station’s appeal is that it can be situated on playgrounds with limited square footage and still offers the same classic play structure features that kids know and love.

On the ground floor, children can spin the Rain Wheel around, perhaps envisioning themselves at the helm of a boat or a car, while more musically-inclined kids will love the percussive qualities of the Bongos.

After a brief climb up the Fish Stair, kids can challenge their peers to a game using the Tic Tac Toe Panel, as well as peer out at the rest of the playground through the Window Panel and the See Through Panel.

Once finished, they can cascade back down the ground using the Hard Hat Straight Slide.

Delivery Appointment

You will receive a call from the freight carrier if your order was shipped LTL as they will need to speak with you to set up an appointment for delivery.

Important: Delivery Delays & Charges

Any delays or detentions in the delivery process may result in additional charges placed upon you, the consignee. We strongly advise you to be prepared with whatever you need to unload during the appointment window provided.

Unloading Options

• Liftgate Service - Usually provided if feasible.
• Hand Offload - If liftgate service is unavailable, freight companies typically allow hand unloading (requires breaking down the crate and unloading piece by piece, which can sometimes be done in conjunction with a liftgate). This is a commonly used method for many customers.
• Forklift Option - Some carriers allow us to have your package sent with a forklift included for an additional fee.
• Alternative Solutions - You may arrange unloading at a nearby location with a loading dock or pallet jack.

Playground Equipment warrants its original customer for as long as the original customer owns the product and uses the product with normal use, installation, and maintenance in accordance with published specifications to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, modified parts, or damage such as dents, scratches, fading/weathering, and normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover the cost of freight or labor for the removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts.

Claims & Coverage: Warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period. Replacement parts carry the applicable warranty from the date of shipment of the replacement part. Repair/Replacement orders for warranted products will be for the component part only (not the entire product). Contact us for a return authorization.

Warranty Terms: Warranties are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. A repaired or replacement part is covered only for the original warranty period. All warranties begin on the delivery date of the goods. Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to end users who purchase new products directly from OWS for personal or business use and not for the purpose of redistribution or re-sale. No other warranties apply.
