For kids who love to slide and play with their friends, there is no better play structure than Divinity Hill. The most exciting feature of this play structure is, of course, the trio of 5-foot slides that children can ride down after climbing up to the hill’s summit via the Sea Creature Climber or accessible Transfer Station.
The Wave Slide in the middle follows a straight path, but has a bumpy shape that slows kids down and adds to the fun. The Left and Right Turn Slides on either side of it are longer, and have an optional colorful striped pattern. For children who want a slightly gentler ride, there is also a 3-foot Double Slide.
The fun continues at the bottom of the slides, where kids will find a Store Panel that is a perfect setting for them to play out imaginary games and scenarios with friends. For even more creative outlets, there is a set of Bongos where they can practice making rhythms, and a Ship’s Wheel that puts them at the helm of their own imaginary vessel.

FREIGHT CONSIDERATIONS
Delivery Appointment
You will receive a call from the freight carrier if your order was shipped LTL as they will need to speak with you to set up an appointment for delivery.
Important: Delivery Delays & Charges
Any delays or detentions in the delivery process may result in additional charges placed upon you, the consignee. We strongly advise you to be prepared with whatever you need to unload during the appointment window provided.

Unloading Options
- Liftgate Service - Usually provided if feasible.
- Hand Offload - If liftgate service is unavailable, freight companies typically allow hand unloading (requires breaking down the crate and unloading piece by piece, which can sometimes be done in conjunction with a liftgate). This is a commonly used method for many customers.
- Forklift Option - Some carriers allow us to have your package sent with a forklift included for an additional fee.
- Alternative Solutions - You may arrange unloading at a nearby location with a loading dock or pallet jack.

WARRANTY
Playground Equipment warrants its original customer for as long as the original customer owns the product and uses the product with normal use, installation, and maintenance in accordance with published specifications to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, modified parts, or damage such as dents, scratches, fading/weathering, and normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover the cost of freight or labor for the removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts.
Claims & Coverage: Warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period. Replacement parts carry the applicable warranty from the date of shipment of the replacement part. Repair/Replacement orders for warranted products will be for the component part only (not the entire product). Contact us for a return authorization.
Warranty Terms: Warranties are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. A repaired or replacement part is covered only for the original warranty period. All warranties begin on the delivery date of the goods. Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to end users who purchase new products directly from OWS for personal or business use and not for the purpose of redistribution or re-sale. No other warranties apply.
